I keep seeing these Twitter flexes. Startup founders posting screenshots like they cracked the code.
So I do what any skeptic does: I check Sensor Tower and App Magic.
Revenue? Under $5K.
Downloads? Barely there.
Wait... what am I missing here? Or are they just, you know, lying a little?
Because here's the thing: conversions have actual numbers attached to them.
From 1M views, you're looking at around $2-5K in purchases. That's reality, not fantasy.
Sure, organic boosts brand awareness. On one of our projects, branded search queries went up 80x. That's real value.
But organic is NOT "spend $850 this week, make $538K next week."
Unfortunately, it doesn't work like that.
Organic is part of your marketing strategy. Not a money printer you can just turn on.
